When you are assigning work to various vendors, you can quickly add a comment about the work that needs to be done by using the comment box shown below



This way when your vendor logs in, they can see the information on what needs to be done on the vehicle by simply hovering (pointing their mouse over) the ticker




You can set multiple vendors in the system with each one having access limited to vehicles in their queue.

Based on their notification setup, they can also be set up to get a daily queue email as shown under
